What is Watzlink?

Watzlink is a no-code WhatsApp automation platform. You can build chatbots, automate conversations, send broadcast campaigns, manage customer contacts, and view analytics — all from one dashboard, without writing any code.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to use Watzlink?

No. Watzlink uses multi-device WhatsApp support. You connect your existing WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number by scanning a QR code — no Meta API approval required.

How long does setup take?

You can create an account, connect your WhatsApp number, and have your first automated flow running in under 30 minutes. No developer required.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 100 messages per month and 1 WhatsApp account. No credit card required to sign up.

Features

What is the flow builder?

The flow builder is a visual drag-and-drop canvas where you design automated conversation flows. You add nodes (Send Message, Ask Question, Send Buttons, AI Reply, Condition, Set Tag) and connect them to create the logic of your chatbot.

Can I use AI in my WhatsApp chatbot?

Yes. Watzlink has AI Reply nodes powered by OpenAI (GPT) and Groq (LLaMA). You configure a system prompt and optionally a knowledge base. The AI then generates relevant, accurate replies to customer messages.

Can I send bulk messages to my contact list?

Yes. The Broadcast feature lets you send messages to all contacts or specific segments. You can filter by tags, custom fields, or previous activity.

Can I manage multiple WhatsApp accounts?

Yes. Pro plan supports 3 WhatsApp accounts and Agency plan supports 10. All accounts are managed from one workspace.

Does Watzlink integrate with Google Sheets?

Yes. You can use Google Sheets integration nodes in your flows to read or write data to a spreadsheet during an automated conversation.

What triggers can start a flow?

Flows can be triggered by: the customer's first message, any incoming message, or specific keywords you define (case-insensitive, comma-separated).

What are the Watzlink pricing plans?

Free: $0/month, 100 messages, 1 account. Starter: $19/month, 5,000 messages, 1 account. Pro: $49/month, unlimited messages, 3 accounts. Agency: $99/month, unlimited messages, 10 accounts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

What counts as a "message"?

Each message sent by Watzlink to a contact counts as one message. Messages received from contacts do not count toward your limit.

Security & compliance

Is Watzlink safe to use?

Yes. Watzlink uses industry-standard security: JWT authentication, bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS everywhere, rate limiting, and encrypted storage for API credentials.

Will my WhatsApp account get banned?

Watzlink is designed with anti-abuse systems including rate limiting, cooldown periods, and spam detection to keep your account within WhatsApp's usage expectations. However, always follow WhatsApp's terms of service: do not send spam or unsolicited messages.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored in managed PostgreSQL databases. Session files are stored on secure servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Languages

Does Watzlink support Arabic?

Yes. The entire platform is available in Arabic with a right-to-left interface. Flows can send and receive Arabic messages, and all dashboard labels and navigation are localized.

Which countries is Watzlink available in?

Watzlink is available worldwide. It is primarily designed for businesses in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Morocco, and the broader MENA region.
